
Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales within designated territories. This role requires a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting cold calls and visits to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories and pursuing them to meet sales targets.
4. Providing product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals.
6. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
7. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales pipelines, using CRM software.
8. Providing regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
9. Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products/services and build brand awareness.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
