We are expanding our
Business Development team
and looking for dynamic professionals who are passionate about
sales, client handling, and event management
.

Role Overview

As a
Business Development Executive
, you will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings across
B2C (weddings, staycations)
and
B2B (corporate events, conferences, offsites)
segments. This role requires
strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and hands-on coordination
with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert
    B2C & B2B leads
    into confirmed bookings (weddings, corporate events, stays).
  • Conduct
    client meetings at Baner Head Office
    for booking finalisation and deal closures.
  • Arrange
    venue visits
    for prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with
    senior management, on-ground event staff, caterers & decorators
    .
  • Manage
    calls, client enquiries & CRM updates
    (6-day working + Sunday WFH for calls).
  • Weekly visit to resort for
    client sync & event flow planning
    .
  • Support pre-event, during-event, and post-event coordination.
  • Achieve
    monthly booking targets
    (with attractive incentives & bonuses).
  • Network with outside vendors for
    future business opportunities
    .

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduation in Management (BBA or relevant stream)
    .
  • 0–3 years of experience in
    marketing, sales, or business development
    (internships considered for fresh graduates).
  • Strong
    communication & negotiation skills
    in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Passion for
    hospitality, events, and client relationship management
    .
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours (post-work calls, weekend calls – with comp offs).
  • Confident, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the
    hospitality & events industry
    .

Work Schedule

  • 6 days working
    (Monday–Saturday).
  • Head Office – Baner, Pune.
  • Sunday Work From Home
    for calls as required.
