We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Facility Manager – Operations cum Business Development
to lead facility operations while driving growth initiatives in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facility Management:

  • Manage
    end-to-end facility operations
    across multiple client sites.
  • Conduct
    regular site visits
    to monitor performance, service standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee
    housekeeping, maintenance, and manpower deployment
    .
  • Handle
    vendor management
    , including negotiations, contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure
    timely reporting, billing, and operational compliance
    .
  • Conduct
    training and upskilling
    sessions for site-level teams.

Business Development & Strategic Growth:

  • Identify and pursue
    new business opportunities
    in the Pune & Maharashtra region.
  • Develop and implement
    business strategies and growth plans
    .
  • Build and nurture
    strong client relationships
    to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Work closely with management on
    proposal development, presentations, and negotiations
    .
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to
    strategize for expansion
    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
    smooth transition and service delivery
    for new clients.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in
    facility operations and business development
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    client & vendor management
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Ability to
    plan, strategize, and execute business growth initiatives
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    and reporting.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage large on-ground teams.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on
    client satisfaction & revenue growth
    .

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Operations / Business Management preferred).

Minimum
3+ years of experience
in Facility Management & Business Development.
