Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Facility Manager located in Pune. The Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role includes managing staff, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and maintaining equipment and infrastructure. The Facility Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and implementing safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, and Operations
  • Proficiency in managing staff and coordinating with vendors
  • Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite and oversee multiple facilities
    **- Manufacturing Experience Prefered.
  • Managing More than 50 Team Members
  • Electrical License Must**- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the Integrated Facility Management industry is a plus
