Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting in property transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. The role involves guiding clients in property searches, providing relevant real estate insights, and offering tailored solutions. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with clients to address their queries, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively communicate and build trust with clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, including awareness of property trends and market conditions.
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills for achieving successful outcomes in property deals.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to provide attentive service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
