Position – Tendering Executive

Department – Estimation & Tendering

Vacancy – 1

Experience – 1 to 3

Location – Nashik (Ambad)

Company – United Heat Transfer Limited

Activities –

· Search for tenders and download tender documents from portals and client sites.

· Study tender documents, PQC (Pre-Qualification Criteria), and all specifications.

· Forward tender documents to Design for BOQ/drawing preparation.

· Review BOM received from Design for accuracy in quantity, area, and weight.

· Perform estimation and costing based on BOM, material rates, fabrication costs, and other overheads.

· Float inquiries to suppliers, collect rates, and negotiate for competitive pricing.

· Seek cost approval from the Manager before submission.

· Prepare and compile tender documents as per client criteria and submission requirements.

· Respond to CQ (Commercial Queries) and TQ (Technical Queries) raised by clients/consultants.

· Track and update the status of all submitted tenders.

· Maintain a database of submitted tenders, win/loss analysis, and bid performance reports.

Technical Competencies:

· Strong understanding of tendering workflows for process equipment (Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Coolers).

· Experience in estimation, cost analysis, supplier coordination, and tender compliance.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management portals.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material grades, and costing parameters.

Educational Qualifications (Required) : DME / BE Mechanical (If you are experienced more than 2 yrs then it is not mandatory)
