Head of Finance

1. Job Role & Responsibilities:Finance & Accounts Budget and Planning. Review of Budgets v/s Actuals.Make the finance strategies and Generate Finance from various finance intuitions as and when required. Market Analysis and forecasting.Analyse business operations, costs, revenues financial commitments, and obligation to project future revenues and expenses.Evaluation of New projects in close coordination with all senior team of Management, and fund raising of both short term and Long term.Maintain relationships with Bankers, Investors and Analysts.Preparation of annual operating plans and monthly analysis for variance between annual operating plan and actuals.Skill to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through internal controls and productivity enhancement.Setting up and driving finance, commercial and legal functions like Mergers, Demerger, preference shares, and OCD and Acquisition, Annul Business plan, expertise in managing commercial projects. Secretarial &Legal Compliances and driving Audits with Internal and External agencies.In charge of Complete of accounts finalization and Audit of the Financial of the company as well subsidiaries.Key Member in all Board meetings, Audit committee meetings. Preparation of Agenda for board meeting to drafting annual reports of the Company and subsidiaries. as per the statutory requirement of Revised Schedule VI and preparation of Balance Sheet , Profit & Loss A/c and its related schedules and sub schedules for all group CompaniesGenerate and Monitor (MIS) and measuring the deliverables for each business activates for the boards and CEO's office to analyses and take relevant decisions.To take a part in Marketing plans review including brand v/s action.Hiring, training and developing human talent retaining the manpower.Consolidating of final accounts, overseeing preparation of trial balance and final accountsManaging the treasury & fund along with investment portfolios of the Company.To prepare the Forecasted fund flow on monthly basis.To prepare Tax Computation and the working of Advance tax.Preparing the Deferred tax liability working considering the Tax holiday period as per AS 22.Reviewing:Accounts on concurrent basis.Monthly MIS Reports for MBRMonitoring monthly closures, liabilities, stock & receivables reconciliation.Creating reports for CEO and Board Members summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows for Board Meeting , and coordinating the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecastHandling statutory compliance related to Income Tax TDS, Provident Fund, Professional Tax and GST, FEMALiaising with Banks for raising/renewal of fund & non-fund based facilities to meet working capital requirements for ELPL and other Group CompanySubmission of different Reports like, CMA data, FFR others reports as and when required by the bank­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­2. Key Result Area: Timely Finalization of Balance sheet, statutory compliances.Timely arrange board meeting, Monthly MIS and Cash flow.To identify and drive cost saving initiatives.3.
