Role & responsibilities
1.Plan & implement overall SCM strategy
2.Collaborate with Sales, Operations & Customer Services Team.
3.Determine key SCM KPIs
4.Suggest solutions for Process improvements
Identify Process bottlenecks & implement solutions in timelines
6.Train & evaluate Team members
7.Provide constructive feedback
8.Work with Finance, Legal, Sales, & Manufacturing Teams to determine Vendors and Distributors.
9.Build & maintain good relations with internal & external Customers
10.Involvement in SAP modules MM,SD etc smooth working & development including Reports frequency.
11.MIS compilation & presentation at required frequency.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 15+ years of experience.
Excellent communication
