About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
Executive Assistant
to support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the MD, ensuring seamless coordination, follow-ups, and execution of strategic and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support

  • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.

  • Handle emails, correspondence, and confidential documents with discretion.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Business Coordination

  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events on behalf of the MD.

  • Strategic Assistance

  • Conduct research, prepare briefs, and analyze information for decision-making.

  • Draft communications, proposals, and business documents.

  • Operational Support

  • Monitor and track ongoing projects, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval.

  • Personal Assistance (as required)

  • Manage certain personal tasks of the MD for better time efficiency.

  • Handle ad-hoc responsibilities with flexibility and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (experience supporting senior leadership preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
