PROFILE- Customer Support Executive

Salary - 20kctc to 30kctc

days working

Rotational Shifts

LOCATION- Noida

Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, or chat.
  • * Process customer orders, answer questions about products/services, and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • * Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly over the phone/video conferencing.
  • * Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • * 0-4 years of experience in sales/customer support role.
