Role Description
- Position: Area Sales Manager (Food)
- The person should solely have knowledge about Imported Food brands / FMCG products
- Required Skill: Handling Imported Products, Making strong sales team, No stock dumping, growing sales and giving consumer interaction ideas
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in FMCG industry
- Work: Manage the team of Entire South India Team, ISR, Junior sales officer, Sales Officer and ASM. Enhance sales and need to correct team also.
How to drive sales further come with proper plan, distributor wise target vs achievement
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Implementation
- Team Management and Leadership skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with key accounts
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
