Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager LAP located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also oversee a team of sales executives, guiding and mentoring them to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of the Loan Against Property (LAP) market and related financial products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferre
