  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our men's wear showroom as a sales staff member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in finding the right clothing and accessories that suit their needs and style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on men's fashion, fitting, sizes, and product details
  • Recommend suitable outfits based on customer preferences and occasions
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom and merchandise displays
  • Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory checks
  • Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and new arrivals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or fashion is a plus
  • Previous experience in retail clothing sales, especially men's fashion, preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Basic computer and billing system knowledge

Work Environment:

  • Interaction with a diverse clientele
