We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships over calls to contribute to overall revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
  • Identify prospects, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools to ensure conversion.
  • Maintain customer databases, records, and daily activity reports.
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services to clients.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline with 1-2 years of tele sales or inside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
