About the Role

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, onboarding pharma retailers and suppliers, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new business opportunities in the pharma ecosystem.
  • Onboard and engage pharma retailers, distributors, & suppliers on the ListApp platform.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Conduct product demos and explain ListApp's value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate (Business/Pharma preferred; MBA is a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or the Pharma B2B domain.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Google Workspace).
