  • Resourceful in exploring business potential & opportunities and expanding client base to enhance business volumes; strong business expertise in implementing business development strategies & promotional activities
  • Expert in managing sales & marketing / business development activities, analyzing market trends & establishing healthy business relations ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
  • Expertise in building & maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, distributors
  • Effective leader with excellent motivational skills to sustain growth momentum while motivating peak individual performances
  • Possess credibility & personal integrity that leaves lasting impressions with decision makers, motivate employees and generate loyalty
  • Monitoring the customers demand, supply & schedules.
     Handling the RFQ.
     Working with component pricing & order management with
    customer
     Monitoring of schedule Vs supply.
     Coordination with production /PPC dept. for smooth supply to
    customers.
     Ensuring the on time deliveries with better quality to the customers.
     Handling the customer complaints.
     Follow-up the payments with customers


Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates must be B.tech Mechanical with 10-12 year experience is automotive Business Development sales and marketing

Must have OEM Sales and tire 1 Industries

Handling the marketing & business development
operations. To control process of orders and delivery with Quality product &
Implement the completion of schedule. Introduce the new customers
