Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with MBA is must
Experience: min 10 to 18 years of experience in B2C business. Preferably from elevator, escalator industry.
Work location: Pune &  & Rest of Maharashtra ( Excluding Mumbai)

Job Brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Dy. Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
The Asst/ Dy Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Job Responsibilities:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Additional personal skills required:
Successful previous experience as a leader in sales with consistent performance.
High ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Lead by example ability
