  • We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager with a strong automotive manufacturing background to join our team at Pune Chakan (PCMC)
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in finance and accounting within manufacturing, along with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee Balance Sheet preparation and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS regulations and timely filings
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits effectively
  • Prepare and monitor budgets aligned with business goals
  • Analyze EBITDA and other key financial metrics to support decision-making
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions and Power BI for financial reporting and data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and financial planning
  • Skills & Qualifications:15-16 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Balance Sheet management
  • In-depth understanding of GST and TDS compliance and regulations
  • Proven experience managing audits and budget preparation
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in EBITDA calculation and interpretation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and Power BI
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
