Job Title: Business Development Executive – Recruitment Consultancy

Job Description:

We are a growing recruitment consultancy looking for a motivated Business Development professional who can help us acquire corporate clients for hiring needs.

  • Identify and connect with companies looking to hire.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Bring in quality clients (not just numbers).

What We Offer:

  • Commission-based role (earn 10–15% of billing per client)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in sales / BD / client acquisition
