Position Overview
Role:
Sales Head - EU
Location:
Fully Remote within EU
Employment Type:
Commission-Only / Variable Pay Structure
Compensation:
100% performance-based (no fixed salary)
Reporting:
Direct reporting to India-based Founding Team
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership
- Drive direct enterprise sales
of analytical solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market companies
- Manage complete sales cycle
starting from lead generation to contract execution and payment realization
- Negotiate mid to large sized deals
ranging from $100K to $2M+ in contract value
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets
with consistent month-over-month growth
Client Relationship Management
- Build relationships
with C-level executives (CFOs, CDOs, VPs of Finance, Operations, Procurement)
- Conduct executive presentations
and solution demonstrations
- Manage key enterprise accounts
with focus on expansion and retention
- Collaborate with India-based technical teams
for solution design and delivery
- Ensure customer success
and drive business from industry references
Sales Operations & Strategy
- Develop sales processes
and methodologies for complex B2B sales
- Create sales collateral
and proposal templates
- Conduct competitive analysis
and market intelligence
- Provide sales forecasting
and pipeline reporting to leadership
Required Qualifications
Sales Experience
- 8+ years
of enterprise B2B sales experience in analytics, consulting, or SaaS solutions
- Proven track record
of consistently achieving annual sales targets
- Experience selling
complex analytical/consulting services to Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise
in consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies
- Success
in managing 6-18 month enterprise sales cycles
Industry Background
- Strong understanding
of finance, operations, or sales business processes
- Experience selling
to C-suite and senior finance/operations executives
- Knowledge of
analytics tools, business intelligence, or enterprise software landscape
- Consulting experience
or familiarity with professional services sales (preferred)
Geographic Preferences
- Established network
of enterprise contacts in target markets (preferred)
- Cultural understanding
of European business practices
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree
in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
from recognized institution
