Manah – The Mind Studio is a mental health and psychological well-being centre offering ethical, evidence-based psychological services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Our services include psychological assessments, psychotherapy, counselling, parent guidance, and mental-health workshops.
We follow client-centred, confidential, and ethically sound practices in line with professional guidelines.
Role Overview
We are seeking a polite, organised, and responsible individual to manage front desk operations, client coordination, scheduling, and basic administrative and HR-related support.
The role involves regular interaction with clients, parents, therapists, and clinicians; hence, professional communication and emotional sensitivity are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Coordination
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries
Greet clients and parents professionally and warmly
- Schedule therapy sessions, assessments, and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information regarding services, timings, and basic procedures
- Maintain appointment records and attendance logs
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain client files, consent forms, intake documents, and session records
- Manage daily clinic schedule and clinician calendars
- Organise reports, forms, and internal documentation
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
Billing & Payment Support
- Manage session payments, receipts, and follow-ups
- Send polite fee reminders when required
- Maintain basic payment records (training will be provided)
Required Skills & Attributes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of English & Telugu/Hindi (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp Business)
- Calm, respectful, and empathetic approach
- Organised, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to handle sensitive client interactions discreetly
Qualifications
- Graduation
- Experience in admin / reception / healthcare / counselling settings is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
