Position - Business Development Associate
Role - Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving the growth of a company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Areas of Responsibility -
* Target coaching classes & bookstores within the assigned territory
* Identify and pursue new business prospects to meet sales targets
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through lead generation and networking
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
* Develop and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations
* Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
* Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement
* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to client needs
* Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
* Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.
* Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly
Must :
* Education - Any Graduate with Professional degree / Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Experience- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
* Industry - Any industry or Education / Publication / other similar industries
Desirables:
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant experience in B2B sales would be a plus
* Willingness to travel as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
