Position: Principal/ vice principal/ associate dean - Physiotherapy College

Location: Nanded, Maharashtra

Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professional to join our esteemed Physiotherapy College as Principal/ vice principal/ associate dean. The ideal candidates will be dedicated educators and researchers with a passion for shaping the next generation of physiotherapists. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, guiding students in practical and clinical training, and contributing to the academic and professional growth of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures and practical sessions in physiotherapy.

Develop and update curriculum in line with academic and industry standards.

Mentor and guide students in academic, clinical, and research activities.

Conduct and publish high-quality research in the field of physiotherapy.

Participate in academic planning, assessment, and quality assurance initiatives.

Collaborate with colleagues on departmental and institutional projects.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications/Eligibility:

Masters in Physiotherapy in any specialization (MPt)

Minimum 10years of experience in academics/ teaching field

Valid registration with the relevant professional council

Candidate should have work experience in Maharashtra itself, should have a domicile of Maharashtra,

and should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.

Skills Required:

Strong subject knowledge and clinical expertise.

Excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills.

Research aptitude and a record of publications (preferred for senior positions).

Ability to inspire and motivate students.
