Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for project execution.
  • Provide technical support to customers during product installation and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in retail industry or related field (architecture, interior decoration).
  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/B.A).
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, contractors, engineers, interiors, institutions, secondary sales/B2B/project sales.
