Position: Private Label Sales
Location: Gandhinagar
Key Responsibilities
1. International Private Label Business Development
- Identify, engage, and onboard private label buyers such as retailers, distributors, wellness brands, health companies, and importers in the global market.
- Manage the complete client acquisition cycle – from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure for custom-packed and branded herbal & spice products.
- Propose packaging solutions, develop SKUs, and prepare competitive pricing/proposals aligned with client needs.
2. Account Management & Client Relationships
- Act as the primary contact for assigned international clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Build long-term partnerships by offering innovative solutions in packaging, labeling, and product formulation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely production, branding, quality control, and export execution.
3. Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Generate international B2B leads through LinkedIn, trade portals, exhibitions, and digital tools.
- Maintain and update CRM systems for tracking leads, client interactions, and sales performance.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
- Track global trends in organic, herbal, and clean-label products along with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Suggest product innovations, customized blends, and packaging concepts that resonate with international buyers.
5. Trade Show Participation & Representation
- Represent Windson Organics at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
- Nurture and convert leads from events into long-term business relationships.

Experience Required
- 3–4 years of proven experience in international sales/private labeling within the herbs, spices, or food ingredients industry.
