2–5 Years (Preferred in Food/Agro/Spice Export Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

International Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, and Asia).
  • Generate and manage export leads through B2B platforms, trade fairs, and digital outreach.
  • Build relationships with importers, distributors, food manufacturers, and private label brands.
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.

Client Management & Sales Execution

  • Handle end-to-end export sales cycle – from lead generation to order finalization and dispatch.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, documentation) for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent service and communication.

Export Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, CoA, phytosanitary certificates, etc.) meets international trade requirements.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and CHA for timely shipments.
  • Stay updated with export policies, logistics trends, and international pricing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in international export sales (preferably in herbs, spices, or food ingredients industry).
  • Strong understanding of export documentation and INCOTERMS.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Tradewheel, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with global client communication.
