Position: Sales Executive

Location: Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities

1. International Private Label Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and onboard private label buyers such as retailers, distributors, wellness brands, health companies, and importers in the global market.
  • Manage the complete client acquisition cycle – from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure for custom-packed and branded herbal & spice products.
  • Propose packaging solutions, develop SKUs, and prepare competitive pricing/proposals aligned with client needs.

2. Account Management & Client Relationships

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned international clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Build long-term partnerships by offering innovative solutions in packaging, labeling, and product formulation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely production, branding, quality control, and export execution.

3. Lead Generation & CRM Management

  • Generate international B2B leads through LinkedIn, trade portals, exhibitions, and digital tools.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems for tracking leads, client interactions, and sales performance.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

  • Track global trends in organic, herbal, and clean-label products along with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Suggest product innovations, customized blends, and packaging concepts that resonate with international buyers.

5. Trade Show Participation & Representation

  • Represent Windson Organics at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
  • Nurture and convert leads from events into long-term business relationships.

Experience Required

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in international sales within the herbs, spices, or food ingredients industry.
