  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for sales positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales talent
  • Ensure timely closures and a great candidate experience
  • Track metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales hiring
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
