Were looking for a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for sales roles and build a strong sales talent pipeline. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for sales positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales talent
- Ensure timely closures and a great candidate experience
- Track metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales hiring
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
