Role: Practice Management Coordinator
Position: Fulltime
Location: India - Canadian Client
Responsibilities:
- Drive consistency and excellence by supporting the development and maintenance of core delivery methodologies across Advisory, Solutions, and Managed Services.
- Collaborate with leaders and experts to enhance tools, templates, and accelerators that power our delivery.
- Help finalize and roll out the Target Operating Model (TOM), aligning practices across MNP Digital.
- Support the design and implementation of standard processes like resource management.
- Coordinate practice-wide initiatives including training, change management, and process improvements.
- Manage initiatives as structured projects—tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Prepare project plans, status updates, and documentation to ensure accountability and momentum.
- Identify best practices and improvement opportunities through research and feedback.
- Support pilots and iterative enhancements to tools and frameworks.
- Develop internal communications, documentation, and presentations to drive adoption and alignment.
- Gather and synthesize feedback to continuously refine our approach.
Qualification
Technical Skills -
- 8+ years of experience in defining and developing organizational processes, product and services to achieve delivery excellence and operational efficiency.
- Hands on experience of implementing industry standards such as CMMi / ISO
- Hands on experience in implementing quality standards, KPIs and related systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint); exposure to Microsoft Project Operations is an asset.
Essential Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills—comfortable shifting between high-level planning and detailed tasks.
- Proven ability work with cross-functional teams to define, standardize, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled at bringing clarity to ambiguity and structure to evolving initiatives.
- Excellent communicator and facilitator, confident working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in professional services, digital advisory, or transformation-focused environments is a plus.
Educational Qualifications –
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration
- Bachelor/Master of Technology/Engineering
Certifications
- Relevant TQM certifications such as CMQ/OE, Lean Six Sigma, ISEL etc. is an asset
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
