We are looking for a skilled Practice Manager with 12-16 years of experience to lead our team in the automotive domain. The position is based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the design, development, and commissioning of HIL systems using dSPACE or NI.
  • Develop and implement test automation strategies for ADAS, Body, or EV domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system testing and validation.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to HIL design and development.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automotive engineering.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in HIL design, development, and commissioning, including proficiency in dSPACE or NI.
  • Strong understanding of test automation and system testing principles.
  • Familiarity with ADAS, Body, or EV domains is mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent is required.
  • Notice period: 0-90 days.
