  • The ideal candidate should possess all necessary skills around network & related network security related understanding.
  • Must be able to effectively lead a global team of Network professionals across geographies to manage Solutions, proposals, innovations, best practices & business growth.
  • Ability to articulate & confidently present with experience of Inception, evaluation, comparison with network technical concepts & business value proposition.
  • Should be able to work in a multifaceted work culture and should have managed complex technical integrations and work with the partner ecosystem (local and international)

Primary Skills :

  1. Business Growth : Establish growth of practice for revenue & size and SMART Networking solutions

  2. Technology : Prepare competitive Network Solutions covering all aspects of Network technologies & related security and other IT infrastructure aspects.

  3. Integration with other practices : Work with alliances and other teams for innovative seamless migration frameworks in line with Infosys Polycloud Management solutions

  4. Solutions : Present & defend these solutions with a winning value proposition

  5. Team Mgmt : Support/Lead the Network solutions team for both Transformation as well as Managed Services.

  6. Emerging technologies : Enhance Network Solution Offerings with innovation including 5G, AI (Infra/network for AI and Infra/Network for AI), etc.

  7. Global Ecosystem Leverage : Create visibility & awareness of practice within CIS and wider ecosystem

  8. Alliance Relations : Collaborate with Alliance and partners boosting innovation & growth.

  9. Analyst Relations : Maintain high degree of relations with analysts of key research organizations.

  10. Technical Support Enablement : Extend necessary technical support to Network Transformation projects as necessary

  11. Escalation Management : Extend necessary technical support to escalations of Managed Services / Operations
