We are looking for an energetic and passionate
Practice Lead – AWS + Open-source Stack
to build and grow our AWS practice from the ground up. This is a
"hands-on leadership role"
suited for someone who thrives in an "
entrepreneurial environment"
, enjoys creating structure from scratch, and is eager to drive cloud adoption and innovation for clients. In summary, ambitious to be the CEO of a practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow the AWS practice, including defining differentiated service offerings, delivery frameworks, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead cloud engineering initiatives, pre-sales technical/marketing support, solution design, and implementation using AWS services.
  • Build a small, high-performing team of AWS professionals over time and mentor them for excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities, support pre-sales, and contribute to proposal development.
  • Enhance the brand equity of Practice through internal and external communication channels e.g. LinkedIn.
  • Stay current with AWS technologies, tools, and certifications to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

  • Around
    10 years of experience
    in IT, with strong hands-on experience in
    AWS cloud engineering, architecture and Open Innovation
    .
  • Proven ability to
    design, implement, and manage AWS-based solutions
    across AWS infrastructure, DevOps and Open-source Stack.
  • Experience supporting sales/marketing and in delivering solutions to external clients.
  • Experience in
    building or scaling a cloud practice or related competency
    is highly desirable.
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset.
