Description

We at Brilyant are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Deep Learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will build intelligent chatbots, optimize ML pipelines, and lead a team of engineers to deliver impactful AI-driven products.

  • Experience Required: 4 -7 years
  • Location: Bangalore candidates only
Requirement
  • Build and deploy chatbots and conversational AI solutions using LLMs & RAG.
  • Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Develop POCs to automate workflows and reduce manual interventions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5???8 engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions.
  • Stay up to date with latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Python, ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain).
  • Proven experience in chatbot development, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Practical knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication
