This role involves hands-on expertise in LLM-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI agent development, along with mentoring a talented team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team or module in designing and building AI-driven applications.
  • Architect LLM-based and agentic AI frameworks for business solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on AI model design, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Integrate APIs, tools, and third-party systems with AI agents.
  • Ensure high-quality coding standards, proper version control, and CI/CD practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Mentor and guide developers to foster innovation and continuous learning in AI/ML practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with 1–2 years in a lead or architect role.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • Proficiency with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and knowledge graph-based systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
