Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Digital Engineering leader to strategically drive our digital transformation journey, fostering significant revenue growth through visionary technology solutions and robust business acumen. This influential role not only encompasses deep technological expertise but also the strategic development of digital capabilities, strategic client partnerships, and impactful solution anchoring to accelerate business success. The ideal candidate will shape and lead strategic initiatives leveraging next-generation technologies, including cloud-native platforms, advanced analytics, and Generative AI, positioning our enterprise at the forefront of digital innovation.

Responsibilities:


• Define and execute an ambitious digital engineering strategy and roadmap directly linked to tangible business growth and revenue generation objectives.

Drive Pre-sales & GTM activities


• Strategically lead legacy system modernization by leveraging cloud-native architectures, microservices, API-first integrations, automation, Generative AI, and scalable future-ready technologies.


• Evaluate, select, and manage advanced technology stacks, tools, partnerships, and ecosystems to build resilient, scalable, and revenue-generating platforms.


• Own end-to-end lifecycle management for enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HCM), integration middleware, and data analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.


• Establish and champion world-class DevOps, CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and comprehensive quality engineering methodologies.


• Drive the creation and operationalization of enterprise-grade APIs, advanced digital integration services, and reusable technological assets that unlock new revenue streams.


• Lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing, geographically distributed engineering teams, nurturing a culture of innovation, agility, accountability, and continuous learning.


• Proactively partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to build and sustain world-class digital engineering capabilities.


• Implement agile, metrics-driven processes that optimize engineering velocity, product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.


• Effectively manage risks, optimize resource allocation, budget strategically, and nurture high-value vendor and partner relationships.


• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, security, and regulatory standards (ISO, SOC, HIPAA), particularly within healthcare and regulated sectors.


• Serve as the critical strategic liaison with CIO, CISO, Product Management, and key business stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives strategically align with overarching enterprise priorities.


• Provide executive-level reporting on strategic progress, budgets, risks, ROI, and measurable business outcomes.


• Lead client engagements, anchor strategic solution discussions, deliver high-impact proposals (RFP responses), and proactively identify business development opportunities, maximizing client value creation and revenue impact.

Desired Profile:


• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise digital engineering, with a minimum of 5 years at Director/Head level.


• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business outcomes through strategic digital transformation initiatives.


• Expertise in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM), advanced custom application development, and modern digital engineering practices.


• In-depth experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, Generative AI, API-centric solutions, DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, IaC, containerization), agile frameworks, and enterprise security standards.


• Demonstrable success in creating and executing strategic digital roadmaps directly linked to measurable business goals and revenue enhancement.


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.


• Strong expertise in regulated industries (healthcare/life sciences), managing global stakeholders, and complex client relationships.
