Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be responsible for drafting job descriptions, coordinating recruitment efforts, and onboarding new hires. Additional duties include managing training initiatives for new employees and ensuring effective communication with internal teams to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong Interviewing skills to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal teams
  • Ability to facilitate Training sessions for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the power solutions or energy sector is a plus.
