Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruitment Specialist to join our headquarters in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. The candidate will play an essential role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our growing operations. This role demands proficiency in social media recruiting, talent sourcing, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The applicant should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our mission of industry excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in social media recruiting to engage with potential candidates across various platforms (Mandatory skill).
  • Adept at talent sourcing techniques to identify and set up an acquisition funnel for top industry talents (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques to streamline and enhance candidate search effectiveness.
  • Establishes and maintains strong candidate relationships by understanding their needs and the company's requirements.
  • Experience in hard core recruitment, focusing on finding the best matches for specialized roles.
  • Utilizes data-driven recruiting methods to track metrics and improve hiring decisions.
  • Efficient in using Microsoft Office to handle spreadsheets, documentation, and reports related to recruitment activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Full Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for mid-level to junior roles across various departments.
  • Specialized Role Acquisition:
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for specialized roles in R&D, production, quality control, safety, regulatory affairs, and operations by developing innovative sourcing strategies tailored to these areas.

Sourcing, Screening & Candidate Engagement

  • Diverse Sourcing Channels:
  • Utilize an array of channelsincluding job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, industry-specific networks, social media, employee referrals, and job boardsto attract a diverse and high-caliber pool of candidates.
  • Thorough Screening Process:
  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings and preliminary interviews to assess both technical competencies and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with departmental needs.
  • Initial Candidate Evaluations:
  • Perform in-depth candidate evaluations, ensuring that only well-qualified prospects move forward in the recruitment process.

Collaborative Hiring & Process Coordination

  • Stakeholder Partnership:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific job requirements, staffing needs, and technical skills, thereby tailoring recruitment strategies to meet those demands.
  • Streamlined Interview Process:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and gather comprehensive feedback from all interview stages, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed recruitment reports and dashboards to share progress and insights with senior management, providing data-driven feedback for continuous process improvement.

Talent Pipeline & Branding

  • Robust Pipeline Development:
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs by leveraging networking, community engagement, and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Employer Branding & Outreach:
  • Enhance the companys brand as an employer of choice by participating in career fairs, webinars, industry forums, and college recruitment drives, thereby increasing visibility and attracting top talent.

Process Improvement, Compliance & Innovation

  • Compliance & Best Practices:
  • Ensure that all recruitment practices are in line with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations. Continuously refine and optimize the recruitment process using best practices and effective ATS utilization.
  • Innovative Sourcing Techniques:
  • Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends and incorporate innovative strategies to tap into passive candidate pools and maintain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
