Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, especially in the renewable, solar, and engineering domains, and the ability to handle multiple hiring mandates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments — including technical, engineering, operations, and support functions.

Understand manpower requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions in coordination with department heads.

Source suitable candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.

Conduct screening calls, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and manage offer roll-outs.

Coordinate and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth selection and onboarding process.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

Support in onboarding, induction, and HR documentation as required.

Contribute ideas to enhance the overall employer branding and recruitment strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in solar, engineering, or renewable energy sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and online job portals.

Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
