About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager who can build an empire of revenue for an organization and for their own. This full-time, on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored commercial real estate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This is a leadership role focused on team management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.

Client Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership Opportunities: In this role, you will also manage a team, providing mentorship andleadership that fosters professional growth and drives collective success. This is a chance to shape the team's approach to sales and client engagement, creating a dynamic work environment focused on results.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and client demands.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close transactions, ensuring sales goals are met while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferable in Commercial Real Estate leasing.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.

Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.

Excellent communication in English & Hindi.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales.

Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Market Insight: Familiarity with the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is a plus.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Self Sales has to be done at least for 3 years for a Manager Position.
