Role & responsibilities:

  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team & Client.
  • Expected to publish accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports in a pre-defined format and frequency.
  • Design and Create automated dashboards for frequently generated report
  • Maintain / develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Understand client products, internal tools and processes, push automation and increase work efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • 5+ years of MIS analytics experience with ability to handle tons of data.
  • Team handling experience of 1 or 2 years.
  • Expert level SQL skills, Candidate must be proficient in framing advanced SQL queries for data extraction
  • Experience in preparation of Presentations and Reports for Senior Management
