Key Responsibilities

For All Roles (Common Responsibilities)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, Quality Score) and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to Google Ads policies and campaign best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with analytics and content teams to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes, tools, and trends.

Additional Role-specific Responsibilities

Team Lead (TL):

  • Lead a team of campaign specialists and ensure timely campaign delivery and optimization.
  • Review team performance and share feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure campaign goals are achieved.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance & productivity reports.

Trainer:

  • Design and deliver training programs on Google Ads fundamentals, optimization techniques, and new updates.
  • Conduct onboarding and skill enhancement sessions for new hires.
  • Evaluate trainees performance and maintain training documentation.
  • Collaborate with QA and operations for skill gap analysis.

Quality Analyst (QA):

  • Conduct quality audits of campaigns and ensure adherence to SOPs and KPIs.
  • Identify errors and improvement areas across ad setup, targeting, and reporting.
  • Share actionable feedback with TLs and Trainers for corrective action.
  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and performance metrics across projects.
