  1. Account Management Specialist (B2B Sales)

  2. Experience: 2+ years in Google Ads (AdWords) B2B International Sales

  3. Shift: Rotational
  4. Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
  5. Salary: Up to 8.5 LPA (including 20% variable)
  6. Cabs: 2-Way Cab Provided

  7. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

  8. Super Agent Google Ads Sales (Senior Executive / SME / Pod Lead)

  9. Experience: Minimum 1 year as SME/Team Lead/Pod Lead in Google Ads (on paper)

  10. Shift: Night Shift (5 days working)
  11. Salary: Up to 11.5 LPA(including variable)
  12. Location: Hyderabad
  13. Cabs: 2-Way Cab Provided

  14. Notice Period: Immediate Joiners/Serving Notice Preferred

  15. Team Lead Google Ads Sales

  16. Experience: 5+ years overall, with 2+ years as Team Lead in Google Ads Sales

  17. Shift: Night Shift | Fixed Sat & Sun Off
  18. Salary: Up to 16 LPA (including variable)
  19. Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
  20. Open Positions: 3
  21. Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Core Skills & Requirements (All Roles):

  • Strong experience in Google Ads/AdWords sales
  • Proven B2B International Sales background
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles
  • CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) experience preferred
  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation
  • Strong Analytical & Interpersonal Skills
  • Must have Relieving Letter from previous employers

Additional Requirements for Team Lead / SME Roles:

  • Exposure to Digital Marketing Sales Training
  • Ability to manage new hire batches, attrition, shrinkage
  • Conduct TNI (Training Need Identification) & Content Creation
  • Proven stakeholder management & team development skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Critical thinking, performance management, and coaching abilities
