Google Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Location: Hyderabad | Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

At Multiplier AI, we combine data, creativity, and AI-driven strategies to help brands grow faster. We're expanding our performance marketing team and looking for a Google Ads Rockstar who can take our campaigns to the next level — especially someone with experience in running pharma campaigns.

What You'll Do

Create, manage, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and App Campaigns.

Master the art of keywords, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Dive into data to track ROI, improve Quality Scores, and lower CPC.

Collaborate with creative teams for killer ad copies and visuals.

Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

Run A/B tests to find what works (and what works even better)

Execute and scale campaigns in pharma and healthcare domains along with other industries.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a strong ROI track record.

Proven experience managing pharma campaigns (must-have ).

Google Ads Certification (must-have ).

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio.

Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing & attribution models.

Excellent communication skills to share insights with both teammates and clients.

Ready to join immediately and work full-time from our Hyderabad office.
