Job Description: Sales Manager / Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing (Control Panels & Switchgear)

Location: Delhi (1 position) | Hyderabad (1 position)

Experience: 10-18 Years Industry: Switchgear / Electrical Panels

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Electrical / Electronics / EEE

Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional with proven expertise in the Switchgear and Control Panel industry. This role involves driving business development, customer acquisition, brand positioning, and strategic sales of our range of LT/HT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC Panels, DG Synchronization Panels, Starter Panels, Distribution Boards, and LV/MV Switchboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales & Marketing for complete range of Control Panels and Switchgear Products.
  • Deep understanding of MCB, MCCB, Relays, ACB, and related components.
  • Identify and develop OEMs, End-Users, and Corporate Accounts.
  • Manage lead generation, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.
  • Execute brand-building activities and product launches.
  • Identify large-scale project opportunities and handle high-value contracts with sound knowledge of commercial and legal terms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure customer retention.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the GM and MD.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing of Electrical Panels / Switchgear.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts and high-value clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Must be from the Switchgear Industry.
  • Willingness to travel as required
