Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our water and sewage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of domain experience, and strong expertise in using ERP systems for project monitoring and control.

This role demands complete ownership of project execution, with clear accountability to the senior management for progress, cost control, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water/sewage infrastructure projects
  • Monitor and control project progress through ERP-based systems to ensure timely execution
  • Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and documentation using ERP tools
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and local authorities
  • Conduct regular reviews and submit status reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Key Requirements:

  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing water and/or sewage projects
  • Hands-on experience in project management using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Proven ability to independently manage large infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with government norms, contracts, and project audits
