About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Management professional to join our Learning & Development team. This role will be pivotal in aligning talent management processes with L&D initiatives, ensuring employees have the skills and capabilities needed for current and future roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Framework Development:
  • Design and implement a holistic talent management framework integrated with L&D.
  • Define key competencies, skills, and behaviors for success across levels.
  • Facilitate individual development plans (IDPs) and development agenda.
  • Build leader capability for effective talent management.
  • Career Mapping & Development:
  • Develop career paths and progression frameworks linked to learning programs.
  • Provide career counseling and guidance on continuous development.
  • Implement talent mobility programs to build cross-functional skills.
  • Retention & Engagement:
  • Drive strategies to enhance retention and engagement through a strong learning culture.
  • Foster an environment that encourages continuous growth.
  • Talent Analytics & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze talent data, linking learning metrics to performance and retention.
  • Build reports/dashboards on talent interventions, succession depth, and skill gaps.
  • Use insights to optimize talent and learning strategies.
  • Succession Planning:
  • Embed L&D into succession planning processes.
  • Create personalized learning plans for high-potential employees to prepare for leadership roles.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Talent Management with a strong focus on L&D.
  • Strong expertise in designing and executing talent initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
