Role Overview

Career Management Services is currently hiring for its client a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with proven expertise in Junior - Mid Management - Leadership Hiring and lateral recruitment for a India's most prestigious and trusted renowned for its excellence, integrity, and leadership across the industry

The role requires strategic vision, maturity, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders while being hands-on with end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across practice groups and business support functions.
  • Drive lateral hiring for Junior to Mid & Senior Corporate Professionals.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical legal skill sets.
  • Collaborate closely with Managing Partners, Practice Heads, and HR Leadership to deliver on hiring needs.
  • Manage and engage with executive search consultants and recruitment agencies.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies headhunting, networking, direct outreach.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with the firms brand.
  • Use data/analytics to track and improve hiring efficiency and time-to-fill.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the HR/Talent team.

Candidate Profile

  • Min 12+ years & above expertise in recruitment & experience in Executive Search firm, consulting professional services, or corporate TA leadership roles in Large & Mid and Leadership Hiring, BFSI / NBFC & Banking Sectors.
  • Proven expertise in manage and engage with executive search consultants and recruitment agencies. headhunting and senior leadership hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
