Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes designing effective sourcing strategies, creating compelling job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should be experienced in vendor management, client handling, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience aligned with All Wave's high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Conduct job and task analysis to understand and document role requirements
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job portals and platforms
  • Source and engage candidates through databases, social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews using structured techniques and modern selection tools
  • Ensure timely onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization
  • Monitor and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Maintain accurate and analytical recruitment reports for internal teams
  • Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process
  • Manage third-party vendors and recruitment partners effectively
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in vendor management and client coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
