We have an urgent opening for the position of Service Asst. Manager at Inlead Electronics Private Limited (Formerly Known as OPPO Mobiles MU Pvt ).

Designation: Service Asst.Manager

ONLY MALE CANDIDATES

Location: MUMBAI

Immediate joiner is highly preferred.

MBA with 7-8 Yrs Experience

Job Role:


• Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.


• Responding to customer / Dealers service issues in a timely manner.


• Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.


• Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.


• Ensuring Team is maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions


• Building up new Service centers as per requirements


• Auditing Every Service centers atleast once in a month


• Working on different reports as per management needs
• Ensuring 0% shortage in Spares & Cash Collections


• Working on staff KPI


• Achieving Assessments given by management


• Working on Market feedback & ensuring excellence in service


• Hiring and training new customer service staff
• Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.

Skills:

Excellent with advance excel.

Well versed with communication skills
