About the Job

As a Telecaller at Ayushmaan Ayurveda Hospital company, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with customers and provide them with top-notch service. Your knowledge of Hindi proficiency, MS-Excel, and English proficiency will be essential in this role.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
  2. Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in MS-Excel.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on leads.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively and offering solutions to resolve issues.
  6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
  7. Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
